The V-R70P is designed to work as a stand alone, camera mounted or rack mounted monitor in a Leader or Tektronix Rackmount cradle. This unit can accommodate an NTSC/PAL composite video signal, or a S-Video signal. It has front mounted buttons with LED indicators and controls for brightness, color, tint, and contrast. A Ratio button allows the unit to switch between 16:9 and 4:3 ratios. Its 10VDC-17VDC power input range make it ideal for field use and can be powered from Anton Bauer or similar battery systems by using a special Marshall adaptors (V-PAC-D/V-PAC-XLR).

The Quad Splitter allows all of the four channels to appear on the monitor simultaneously either using the full screen or picture-in-picture fashion. The unit is controlled and calibrated using an on screen display while using the front mounted buttons to adjust.
